Father Kevin is an Anglo-Catholic priest in the diocese of Central Pennsylvania. Following a 36-year career in administration at Penn State, he answered the call to ordained ministry and was ordained a priest in God’s Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church on the Feast of the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ in November 2021. He previously served as Priest in Charge at Saint Luke’s Altoona, later as Priest Associate at Saint John’s Bellefonte, and most recently as a member of Bishop Scanlan’s staff as Associate for Congregational Vitality and Shaped by Faith and Transition Minister. His great joy is teaching the Beloved Community course for the Stevenson School For Ministry for the past 8 years.
He holds a BA in Speech Communications, MA in Counseling Psychology, and is a graduate of the Stevenson School for Ministry. Father Kevin is a strong believer that our immersion in scholarship and theological formation extends well beyond the completion of any degrees we may hold. He continues to actively immerse himself in the study of traditional and contemporary theologians, the writings of the church mothers and fathers, and academic scholars in theology.
He is a member of the following Anglican devotional societies: The Society of Catholic Priests in North America (SCP), The Society of Mary American Region (SOM), and The Confraternity of the Blessed Sacrament (CBS).
